  • Japan Welcomes Possible Visit Of Chinese President Hu Jintao

  •   Japan's Chief Cabinet Secretary Shinzo Abe says Tokyo would welcome a visit by Chinese President Hu Jintao.

  •   Shinzo Abe said Monday that Mr. Hu's statement that he would like to go to Japan reflects the importance of relations between Tokyo and Beijing.

  •   Iran says it will not negotiate over its right to enrich uranium as part of its controversial nuclear program.

  •   Government spokesman Gholam Hossein Elham told reporters in Tehran Monday that Iran has a right to the technology it has obtained and will not negotiate over what he called the country's obvious and absolute nuclear rights.
