  • China's Hu Seeks to Boost Ties With Russia

  •   Chinese President Hu Jintao met Wednesday with Russia's two top leaders in Moscow, where the two governments discussed the global economic crisis and signed a record $100 billion worth of energy deals.

  •   U.S. President Barack Obama will formally unveil plans for the largest overhaul of the U.S. financial regulatory system in decades on Wednesday, though he has already described some of the plans in interviews.
