- Proposed Law in China to Crack Down on Monopolies

- China's government has made public the details of a proposed new anti-monopoly law. State media say the new law has been in the works for at least ten years, and is intended to promote economic development and competition.
- 中國政府公佈了擬議中的反壟斷法的細節．中國國營媒體報導，這部新的法律醞釀和籌劃了至少十年，立法目的是促進經濟增長和競爭。
- Under the proposed regulations, companies would be banned from price fixing and be required to get government approval for mergers.
