  • Obama Unveils $17 Billion in Budget Cuts
  • 欧巴马欲削减预算 170 亿
  •   U.S. President Barack Obama has unveiled a new set of proposed budget cuts totaling about $17 billion.
  • 白宫官员说,欧巴马政府即将公佈一套新的削减政府开支的提议,削减总额将达到 170 亿美元。

  •   At the White House Thursday, Mr. Obama said the government can no longer afford to spend as if deficits do not matter, and waste is not a problem.

  • US Envoy for North Korea Holds Talks With China

  •   The U.S. envoy for North Korea has met with Chinese officials as part of an effort to revive stalled talks on North Korea's nuclear program.
