  •   The international community responded swiftly with outrage and condemnation on Monday to reports of North Korea's nuclear test and firing of three short-range missiles.
  • 国际社会星期一对於北韩从事核子试验和发射叁枚短程导弹的消息迅速加以愤怒谴责。

  •   U.S. President Barack Obama said North Korea's actions are violations of international law that constitute a "threat to international peace and security."
