- US to Release Intelligence Report on Terror Threat

- The U.S. intelligence community is expected to say in a new report Tuesday that the al-Qaida terror network poses a serious threat to the United States.

- A Chinese environmental official says the World Bank used unreliable research methods for a report that concluded hundreds of thousands of people die because of pollution in China each year.
