- 今天 Michae l刚好在校园裡碰到李华。李华会在谈话中学到两个常用语：couch potato 和 nuts。

- 哦～，原来 couch potato 是指一个人老坐在电视机前吃零食。我知道了，couch 就是沙发， potato 呢是土豆， p-o-t-a-t-o, 可是 Michael 啊，couch 是怎麼拼的呢？
- Couch is spelled: c-o-u-c-h.
- 哎～，这个常用语到挺有趣的。那～，couch potato 是不是只能够指人吶？

- My father's like that too. My mother is always angry at him. But he doesn't care.

- Drives me nuts means he makes me crazy.
- 哦～，原来还可以说 drive me nuts，或者是 drive someone nuts。哎！Michael 啊，那天我上移民局去办手续，排队好长啊，我站了一小时，我真是火死了。我能不能说：They drove me nuts 呢？
