  • Report: North Korea May Launch Missile Toward Hawaii
  • 報導:北韓可能朝夏威夷發射導彈
  •   A Japanese newspaper says North Korea is preparing to launch a long-range ballistic missile toward (the Pacific U.S. state of) Hawaii in early July.
  • 日本一家報紙說,北韓正在準備在 7 月初朝著夏威夷的方向發射一枚遠程彈道導彈。

  •   The Daily Yomiuri says Japan's Defense Ministry believes a Taepodong-2 missile or an upgraded version was delivered to the northwest Tongchang-ri launch site from a plant near Pyongyang on May 30.

  •   It quotes the ministry as saying the missile could be launched between July 4 and 8.

  •   U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner is urging congressional approval of the administration's plan to overhaul financial regulations.

  •   Geithner is appearing before key congressional committees Thursday.

  •   President Obama has said flawed regulation and enforcement played a key role in the financial meltdown, and he has crafted legislation intended to fix these problems.
