- China to Issue Arrest Warrants in Ethnic Rioting

- Chinese authorities say they have completed an initial investigation into this month's ethnic clashes in a restive western province and will soon issue arrest warrants.

- China has shut down an organization that gives legal advice to people with human rights issues, saying the group had not paid its taxes.
