  •   Iran says it will not negotiate over its right to enrich uranium as part of its controversial nuclear program.

  •   Government spokesman Gholam Hossein Elham told reporters in Tehran Monday that Iran has a right to the technology it has obtained and will not negotiate over what he called the country's obvious and absolute nuclear rights.
