  • Britain to Pay Compensation to Guantanamo Detainees

  •   Britain says it will pay millions of dollars in compensation to a group of former Guantanamo Bay detainees, all British citizens or residents, who accused the government of complicity in their alleged torture overseas.

  • Tensions High in Guinea After Presidential Vote
