  • Iran Delivers Details of Nuclear Deal to IAEA

  •   Iran has submitted a letter to the United Nations nuclear watchdog agency outlining an agreement to send some of its enriched uranium to Turkey.

  •   Tehran delivered the letter to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Monday.

  • Indian PM Promises Efforts to Normalize Ties With Pakistan

  •   India's prime minister has expressed his commitment to normalizing relations with his country's neighbor and longtime rival, Pakistan.
  • 印度總理辛格表示,他承諾將努力與印度長期敵對的鄰國巴基斯坦關係正常化。

  •   Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said Monday that India is willing to discuss all "outstanding issues," but that a lack of trust is the main obstacle to improvements in relations between India and Pakistan.
  • 印度總理辛格星期一說,印度願意討論所有“懸而未決”的問題,但是“缺乏互信”是印度與鄰國巴基斯坦關係中的最大障礙。

  •   Mr. Singh said he believes India cannot realize its full economic potential unless it has the best possible relations with its neighbors.
