- Taiwan has changed the names of state-owned enterprises, dropping "China" from their titles.
- 台灣更改國有企業改稱,將名稱中的「中國」或「中華」字眼去掉。
- As of Tuesday, the Chungwha Post Company will be known as the Taiwan Post Company, and the Chinese Petroleum Corporation will be referred to as the CPC Corporation.
- 中華郵政星期二開始將正式改為台灣郵政,中油公司將改為台灣中油公司。
- The names of Taiwan's shipping companies will also drop all references to China.
