  • UN Calls for Cease-Fire in Libya

  •   The United Nations is calling for an immediate cease-fire in Libya as recent heavy fighting left more than a dozen dead in the western part of the country.

  •   The Standard and Poors rating agency has cut its long-term outlook for U.S. government debt from "stable" to "negative," but it has kept its high "Triple-A" credit rating in place for now.
