- A Chinese business magazine says authorities in China have arrested a top official of the state-run China Development Bank on corruption charges, including taking bribes.

- "Caijing" magazine reported on its Web site Tuesday that Wang Yi, a former vice president of the bank, is suspected of taking more than one-and-a-half million dollars in bribes.
